- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I guess you have a persistent problem and the Doc doesn't want to help they just get flat rude! I own a business and know how important it is to cater to the client's needs. That is not what happened here. He helped me once and blew me off after the procedure didn't work. I would NOT recommend Dr. Raiser. He is rude, heartless, and is in it for the money not the care of his patients. Due to him blowing me off I have spent thousands of dollars seeking help elsewhere.
