- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We took our puppy in, and the lady at the front desk was rude. And when we took her back to get her her shots, we also had her ears checked out because she had fluid filled giant bumps on her inside ear flaps and the vet told us it was normal. And come to find out its a hematoma and if we would have caught it when we brought her in we wouldnt be $600 into this with another $360 because she has to have surgery. So we took her to amherst which i recommend because they actually listen to what you have to say and are very nice and wont lie to you. I called to cancel her apt today and the gal i spoke to on the phone was very rude because we did not want to reschedule. Dont bring your animals here.September 02, 2017by Kate Stahl
